1. HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter: 1.) Beginning on June 2, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. through July 28, 2008 at 11:59 p.m., log on to chiclittlecookie.com click on the icon for the LU Biscuits Fashion Experience Sweepstakes and follow the on-screen entry instructions. OR 2.) On an Official Sweepstakes Entry Form or 3" x 5" piece of paper, hand-print your name, complete address, and daytime, date of birth and evening telephone number, and mail to: LU Biscuits Fashion Experience Entry, P.O. Box 4805, Oak Brook, IL 60522-4805.  Entries must be received by July 28, 2008. Limit one entry per e-mail address/envelope/person/day.

2. ELIGIBILITY:  Open to residents of the (50) United States and D.C., 18 years of age and older as of June 2, 2008, except for employees of LU Biscuits (“Sponsor”), The Marketing Store (“Judges”), participating retailers, each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household.  Void where prohibited. 

3. RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 30, 2008 from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Judges.  Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail or mail and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. Winner's guests must be 18 years of age or older and must also timely sign and return Liability and Publicity Releases.

4. PRIZES: Five (5) Grand Prizes: A trip to New York for winner and (1) one guest to join Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week partners as part of an insider’s fashion experience September 5, 2008 through September 12, 2008. Prize includes round trip air coach travel from major airport nearest winner’s residence to New York City; hotel accommodations for (2) two nights (double occupancy); an elegant dinner for two to a maximum of $200 each night for two nights; an invitation for winner and guest to a runway show selected by Sponsor. Plus, winner only will receive $2,250 to use toward purchase of a chic little black dress or designer clothing; plus $300 spending money. Total prize value: $5,380.00.  Actual value will depend on airfare fluctuations and point of departure.  Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.  Trip must be taken during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week during dates in Sponsor’s sole discretion September 5, 2008 to September 12, 2008. Sponsor reserves right to change dates. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary.  All travel accommodations and arrangements at Sponsor’s discretion. All travelers must execute a Release of Liability prior to ticketing. Travel is subject to availability.  Certain restrictions may apply.   No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. 

5. GENERAL RULES: All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winners.  By entering sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Judges, which shall be final in all matters.  By accepting prize, winners agree to hold Promotion Parties, their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use or redemption of prize.  Acceptance also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner’s name, likeness and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law.  Promotion Parties are not responsible for lost or late mail, or for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes. If, in the Judges' opinion, there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, the Judges reserve the right to modify or terminate the sweepstakes in a manner deemed reasonable by the Judges, at the Judges’ sole discretion.  In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning online entrant, entries made by internet will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.  All federal and state laws apply.
